Refund Policy for EIT Academy

1. Introduction:

Scope of Policy: This refund policy covers the circumstances under which EIT Academy may
issue refunds and the process for requesting a refund. This policy is applicable to all members upon subscription purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility:

• 100-Day Transformation Guarantee: If you do not see a significant transformation in your body within the first 100 days of your program,
  as judged against predefined criteria, you are eligible for a full refund.
• Non-Usage: No refunds will be provided if you fail to utilize the provided services (i.e.,
  not following the program, not engaging with personal trainers, etc.).

3. Cancellation Rights:

• Cooling-off Period: You have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of
  purchase for any reason and receive a full refund.
• Post Cooling-off Period: After the initial 14 days, cancellation will not automatically result
  in a refund. Refunds for cancellations post this period are at the discretion of EIT Academy, based on the usage of the service.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund:

• Notification: To initiate a refund, you must contact EIT Academy via our official email or
  through the customer service portal on our website.
• Information Required: Provide your account information, proof of purchase, and a clear reason for the request.

5. Refund Processing:

• Timing: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 working days of approval.
• Method: Refunds will be processed using the same payment bank account that was
  used to make the original payment.
• Adjustments: If any part of the service has been used (e.g., partial completion of the course, use of personal training sessions),
  EIT Academy reserves the right to deduct a proportional amount from the refund.

• Changes to Policy: EIT Academy reserves the right to modify this refund policy. Any
  changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
